Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the http://www.mori.ph website (the “Service”) operated by Mr. Amado Eustaquio and Mrs. Akiko Eustaquio. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

General

The Service provides a marketing platform in the World Wide Web of the Internet where we can offer products (“Products”) to and transact with you, wherein we facilitate payments in through payment processors and provides all relevant services required to fulfill your order requests.

Eligiblity

The access and use of the Service by any minor under the age of 18 is prohibited. You must possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable in PayPal’s online payment system.

Purchases and Shipping

Sensitive information about you will be handled with care in relation to any purchases made within the website. The use of abbreviations in any of the information provided in relation to purchases is highly discouraged.
Such information must be true, accurate, and complete. Should the occasion arise that information is untrue, inaccurate and incomplete or becomes any of such qualities or if we find such data similar to such qualities, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction at any instance during the transaction.

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis policy. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email. Your receipt of an Order Acknowledgement email does not mean acceptance of your order. We are simply acknowledging that we have received your order.

We takes extra measures to provide you with accurate information on products we offer on the web site. However, we do not guarantee that the information is error-free, current, complete or reliable.

The products will only be delivered to you upon proof of identification unless you assigned a representative to receive on your behalf. We aim to deliver your orders with 7 business days from the order date after a successful payment. Delivery days are from Mondays to Saturdays except Sundays and holidays.

Should a delay occur, you will be notified. We cannot be held liable for delays that are beyond our control such as natural calamities not limited to storms, earthquakes and floods.

Content

The Service and every material and proprietary information therein, including but without limitation to, software, designs, images, photographs, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, audio, video, music and all other intellectual property rights related thereto, including all code in the web site (collectively “Content”), is our exclusive property or used with express permission of the copyright and trademark owners.

Use of the Content for any purpose not expressly permitted by this Agreement is strictly prohibited.You agree not to reproduce, distribute, sell, license, rent, modify, transmit, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from the Content and all materials accessible on the Service. Violation of this policy may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.

If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
